The construction of video access control is an important part of the "wisdom and bright", the Guangming New District decided to lead the New District Political and Legal Affairs Office at the Urban Village Comprehensive Management and Urban Quality Improvement Work Conference held on April 26 this year, with the cooperation of Guangming Public Security Bureau and Guangming C&D Group, to speed up the implementation of the "video access control" system construction work to ensure that the construction is completed and put into use before the end of the year, among them, the video access control of 245 rental houses in Jiazitang and 758 rental houses in Yulv in the demonstration area should be completed by the end of July.

Video access control construction makes full use of "Internet +" and wired transmission technology, adopts new intelligent devices, builds and renovates the video access control system of urban village rental houses, connects to the video access control operation and maintenance management platform of various districts, and realizes the comprehensive video access control system of urban village rental houses coverage, and social information collection capabilities are significantly improved. The video access control data is connected to the big data sharing platform of the provincial and municipal bureaus to provide big data support for the research and judgment, analysis and early warning of various public security business application systems, and to achieve the overall goal of significantly improving social security management and control capabilities.

According to Zhao Wenyong, a video access control project engineer, Guangming C&D Group will install a set of video access control systems in 1003 rental houses in 7 urban villages in Jiazitang and Yulv communities, the access control machine has a built-in wide-angle camera to meet the needs of entrance and exit personnel. Install high-definition 1080P cameras at the entrance of each building to monitor the entrance and exit personnel inside the building. Install 200 face recognition cameras in the main roadways in the surrounding area. Ensure that there are no blind spots in the identity recognition + monitoring of each building, and improve the monitoring level.
