The problem you mentioned is probably caused by insufficient power supply voltage, please provide enough power (voltage and current) for the electric lock

In addition, there are many reasons why the electric bolt lock does not work, as follows:

1. The voltage is not enough, resulting in failure to work.

2. The magnetic head and the lock sensing area are not aligned correctly.

3. The positive amplitude of the power supply is not right.

4. The line is too thin, resulting in insufficient current (please do not use network cables).

5. The line is too long (use 1.0MM wire, it is recommended to be within 50 meters) causing the power supply voltage and current to not meet.
