Hello! Thank you for using our company's products! The MC-203E integrated lock does not have a memory chip and cannot save access records, it only supports viewing real-time card swiping records. MC-203E electric door lock wants to view the swiping records, you need to add an RS485 networking chip, and then RS485 and software networking. After you open our company's FCARD3500 software, click "Install Device" under the menu bar to "Automatically search for access control devices". For detailed steps, please refer to our company's video instruction for installing access control device
