First, please check whether the wiring of the face recognition access controller is connected correctly (the GND of the face recognition access controller is connected to the GND of the control board, DO is connected to WG0, and D1 is connected to WG1).

Second, please open our FCRRD3500T one card pass management software --- "Access level Settings" to check whether the person's access control access level have been uploaded. If the upload status is "not uploaded", please upload the information. If you still can't open the door, please open "Enterprise Information" --- "Personnel File" to view the personnel information and check the personnel's card number. If the card number is 0, please complete the card number, the card number is the facebook number. Finally, re-upload the access level, swipe the face to open the turnstile.
