Hello, welcome to use our products, thank you for your support. First of all, please make sure that the FC-8100T face recognition access controller device is installed in the FCARD3500 software and the face recognition access controller is online. Then, in the access control management list, double-click the "FC-8100T face recognition access controller" to view the detailed attributes of the device, and change the unlocking time of the face recognition access controller (with photos). You can also modify the door opening time of the device in batches, click on the "Door Opening Function Settings" under the "Access Control Information" menu in the software menu, and click the first submenu "Unlock Hold Settings" to check the door devices that need to be set, the same setting unlock holding time (with photo).
