We purchase your company's FC - 198E machine with wiegand26 card reader , FC - 901 power supply and magnetic locks. But when we installed it, FC - 198E machine can open the door by push button, but can't open the door by wiegand26 card reader. What is going on, how to solve this problem?

Hello, we have a rigorous testing of FC - 198E machine after leave the factory. Our FC - 198E machine definitely can support external card reader. If you can't open the door with the card, please check: if wiegand26 card reader voltage is too low? the circuit is normal? wiegand26 card reader and FC - 198 communication distance is too long?

Note: the voltage should more than 9V, wiegand card reader can not connect WG0 and WG1 reversely, FC - 198E machine communication distance cannot be more than 30 meters.
