Hello, we installed FC-198E machine for a long time. We forgot the the administrate password and open administrate. Could you please tell me how to reset FC-198E machine?

Hello, FC-198E machine isn’t a internet device, you can’t gain the administrate password and open administrate. You should restore factory setting to delete the administrate password and open administrate. The operate way is:

1.enter administrate state: (* + administration password + #)

2. restore factory setting: ( 7 0 # )  

Note: Take apart the foundation of the device. There is a reset button, push 3 to 5 seconds to restore factory setting.
