1.After you open our FCARD3500 software, click "Set Door Opening Access level" under the "Access Control Information" menu bar, select the department of the person you want to delete in "Department Name", locate his department and click ">". Then select the prohibited door and click ">", then click "Prohibit the selected person from passing through the selected door, and upload".

Finally, click "Personnel File" under the "Enterprise Information" menu bar, first tick the person you want to delete and then click "Delete", a question box will pop up whether to collect records, click "No", and then a question box will pop up whether to delete the person, select " Yes".
