Hello, welcome to use our products, thank you for your support. First of all, please make sure that FC-8200T face recognition access controller device has been installed in the FCARD3500 software and the face recognition access controller is online, and then click the "Access Record" menu in the common function bar on the left side of the software to enter, under this menu, you can collect records and view recording. Click the ‘collection record’ button to select the corresponding door device (face recognition access controller, fingerprint access controller, access control board) to collect (pictured). After the collection is complete, click the ‘search’ button to view all access records, if the face recognition access controller has the verification capture function enabled (the default is on), click the record to view the real-time captured photos of the record during verification.
