Hello, welcome to use our products, thank you for your support. FC-8100T face recognition and time attendance access controller can be managed through the cloud system. 

First of all, we need to make sure that FC-8100T has been connected to the external network, in the “Access Control” menu in the “Access Control” module of the cloud platform, click “Install” (with photos), and use the “Setting Tool” on the installation interface to change the face recognition access controller the server address and port of the machine have been set (with the attached picture), after setting, return to the installation interface, enter the 16-digit sn code of the device, click "OK", modify the corresponding parameters, and click "Install" to complete the installation.

Secondly, in the ‘Personnel Information’ menu in the ‘Personnel’ module, click on ‘Add’ (pictured) to edit and enter the personnel information and avatar information, after the entry, click on ‘OK’ to complete the addition of the personnel file.

Third, in the ‘authorization’ menu of the ‘access control’ module, select the person who needs to authorize the face access level to the right frame, and click ‘Next’

Finally, select the door device that needs authorization (access controller, face machine, fingerprint machine, etc.), after selecting, click "Allow selected personnel to pass through the selected door" and wait for about one minute to upload successfully.
