Hi, sir. Thanks for your support! Open the device and find the RESET key, and then short connect the RESET. Wait for 2s and release after hear voice prompt (beep), the device will be restored to factory default value(1234) automatically.

If continue to hold RESET with 5s, release after hear the voice prompt(beep...beep...beep), it means the device is on auto initialization, when the voice closed that the initialization finished.

All data of cards, admin password will be restored to factory default value (admin password: 1234) after clearly completely. Then can use the remote controller to make a new admin card.
